When is rent due?

Rent is due between the first and fifth of the month. There is a $5 fee for each additional day that payment is late.

Please note: We offer a $25 discount for the month if rent is paid before the first of the month!

What do I do if I have an issue with my unit?

Always contact us immediately if you find something that needs to be repaired. Especially if you see water damage of any kind!

Are pets allowed?

For an additional monthly fee, and within certain guidelines, we do allow dogs, no cats.

There is not a fenced in back yard, tenants are responsible for walking their dogs and picking up after them immediately.

Dogs should not be tied to any part of the structures at any time.

How does guest parking work?

You have 2 parking spaces designated for you, your family, and any guests you may have. Once your spaces are full, any additional guests must park on the street. Anyone parked in the parking lot is required to have a visible parking pass at all times.

Please be respectful of other tenants and do not take their parking spaces.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, etc) is prohibited inside the units.

Can I hang things on the walls?

We kindly ask that tenants use command strips only when adding pictures or other decorations to the walls.
